Chris Carretta, a native of Rochester, has had a lifelong passion for real estate. Beginning with a love of architecture and design, he has restored historic homes that have received national and local recognition. His passion and energy extends from starter homes to multi-million dollar properties in the Greater Rochester and surrounding areas. He is a multi million-dollar producer and rates in the top 3% of agents at Hunt Columbus/Era.

Contributions to the Community
In support of the preservation of Rochester’s classic homes, Chris restored a 1905 center entrance Colonial located in the City’s Preservation District. The home, which received an award of merit from the Landmark Society of Western New York and was featured in Old House Journal magazine, was also showcased on HGTV’s Restore America TV series. Chris supports a variety of arts and cultural organizations including the Memorial Art Gallery, BOA Editions, Rochester Contemporary Art Center, and FuturPointe Dance
